Operating Hours
We are open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM local time (GMT +7). You can place orders online 24/7 for your convenience.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver every day, on New Year’s Eve, Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, and Christmas Day we might be overloaded.

Same Day Delivery Policy
To ensure same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM local time. Contact us for assistance with orders placed after this time.

Time Slots
We do not offer specific delivery time slots. For morning deliveries, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM the day before. 

Delivery Methods
We use our own couriers or trusted third-party services like Gojek and Grab for local deliveries. For Bandung, we use Paxel for next-day delivery. For nationwide deliveries, we rely on trusted couriers such as JNE and JNT.

Please note, that only products in the hamper category and flower boxes are eligible for these shipping methods.
