Payment (Secure Transactions)

For your convenience, your payment at Sanskara Florist are processed exclusively through an assistance by our admin. By placing an order, the client agrees to the total amount due at the time of purchase. We accept almost all payment method bank transfer or online payment  for your transactions. 

Acceptance and Confirmation of Order

Clients may place orders on our website following a straightforward process:

  1. Choose products, click the call action button and you will directed to our admin for assistance.
  2. Review and validate your order.
  3. Provide personal details and specify pickup details.
  4. Indicate any preferences or remarks, and select your preferred payment method..
  5. Confirm the order and proceed to payment.
  6. Wait at your doorstep we will delivered as soon as possible.

Payment finalizes the order, and no changes can be made once the payment is processed. The contract becomes effective upon our confirmation of the order.

Unavailability of Product

While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, in rare instances, products shown as available may become unavailable after order confirmation. Should this occur, we promptly notify clients via email or phone. Orders affected by unavailability are automatically canceled, and clients may opt for an in-store credit or substitute product as advised by Sanskara Florist.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation

We do not entertain refunds or cancellations once payment is made. In case of issues with an order, we offer in-store credit as per our policy.

Changes in Order

Changes to orders are only accepted by phone and must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Peak Seasons

During peak seasons such as holidays, including Ramadan, Christmas, and Chinese New Year, we limit the number of deliveries to ensure quality service. Please place your orders well in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
